She is an Instructor at Censa International College since 2016. She has an extensive experience as a Nursing Manager/Supervisor coordinating the planning, implementation and evaluation of residents care services, supervising charge nurses and paraprofessionals, participating in risk management issues within the facility.
As Director of Nursing (DON) in other work centers where it can mentioned; Fountainview Center for Alzheimer’s (Atlanta, GA), Brian Center of Powder Springs (Powder Springs, GA), Sunbridge of Atlanta (Atlanta, GA), Briarcliff Haven (Atlanta, GA), she performed as MDS coordinator, developing and implementing policies and procedures, care plans, nursing manuals and QA in-service, determining staffing requirements of nursing service department essential to meet the entire nursing need of the residents within the business plan standards, planning, developing, organizing and directing the nursing service department, as well as its programs and activities in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the long term care community.
As Instructor at Censa she provides instructions in accordance with the philosophy of Censa, creates positive growth environment for students learning. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from College of New Rochelle (New Rochelle, NY) and her M.S.N Gerontological Nurse Practitioner from Hunter College (New York, NY)
